| Hi, That will depend on the individual casino/poker room. In Atlantic City they give you a card (you present it right before you sit down in the game), and they give you up to $2 an hour for every hour that you're playing in a game. The money that you earn can not be redeemed for cash, but you can use what you have accumulated towards a room, any restaurant, or at their casino gift shop. The same "perk" is applied in Foxwoods as well; up to $2 an hour. In Las Vegas, (at least at the Mirage and Bellagio), they don't reward their poker players with anything except for a food comp. In California, the policies are different and it will depend on the individual poker room. But....in the poker rooms in the LA area, if you play $20-40 or higher, you can order food from their menu that is set up for the poker room, complimentary. The Bike has an incentive program where you can earn actual money per hour for every hour that you play. When I was playing there this summer, they gave me a card and they told me that for every hour that I play, they will add $5 to my card. If you play there regularly, you can make some pretty good money on the side as well as what you may win at the poker tables......not a bad deal!! But all the poker rooms that I have been to (all of the states mentioned above), will give the poker players a discount on the hotel rooms at a poker rate.
