But most of it is general purpose evaluation software which doesn't take advantage of the full range of possible optimizations. To begin filling the gap I wrote a proof of concept evaluator which can enumerate complex preflop situations about 100 times faster than most evaluators available today. The general background behind the evaluator can be found in the Agnostics vs. Zealots post which I made to RGP where I detailed some of the motivation behind this software. Download and enjoy.
