| Ok need to vent a bit - Yesterday I flop the A high straight flush - no jackpot (someone already had hit it) Then, have the nut str8 after 4th street - end up going all in against a set only to have the board pair so I lose to the boat, then this morning flop the nut str8 go all in against 2 pair only to lose again to a boat......SUCKS!!!! | ||

| Maybe it is a question of the size of the bet that is causing your angst. If you have the nut flush or str8, bet it hard but not all in. Then you will have an escape hatch (with chips) when the board pairs. If you are a table of river rats, all in or 3 BB, it is the same thing to them, so save yourself some chips and if the board does not pair, hit them again! Just a suggestion and since I don't have info on type of table, players, stacks, etc, forgive my general comment. Good luck in your future UB games! flintsword | ||

| Your right but unfortunally the bets went to all in before the river .... very agressive river rats - people just overplaying their hands when they are clearly beat. It seems to me that I made the right call on both hands, there was no flush possible and if I have the odds right there was only a 10% chance of them hitting the pair . I do play agressive which can cause this - but it was the fact that it happened twice in 24hrs that irked. | ||

| Yeah, I "bad beat" a table last night with already beat(stupid) all-in flush draws. Was on tilt from another table. Pissed off the entire table before I left to bank my winnings. | ||
