| I'm a new student of the game that has a few questions for this board I found via a link from an email. I've read through about 100 posts and have a decent idea of what this board offers. If I'm out of line or am posting something you guys just discussed three days ago I'm sorry. First off, I'm only 18. I play in online tournys for money and do ok (down $40 through 150 or so low limit tournaments). I also play with my friends nearly 5 times a week (we are all hooked), My problem is and I have seen posts on here that parallel my thoughts but not many follow-ups on it, The turn/river on pokerstars seems to be outrageous- nothing like regular poker nights. Are other servers like that? Seems several people have asked for recommendations on where to go but I have seen a response to answer my question regarding the flops/boards. Sorry if I missed it. Also, can anyone tell me if there are regular low entry fee tournaments (under $50) in the midwest that allow 18 year olds? Thank you. | ||

| For this post and others who think that all of the poker sites are rigged - I invite you to go back and watch the second to last day of the WSOP. I think after watching that again you will start saying "that's poker" more often after the unlucky rivers. Where do you live... there are games near chicago during the week that are run by the rockford area gaming association. | ||
