| In Holdem, when you have a pocket-pair and you catch one more on the board for 3-of-a-kind, that is usually called a 'set,' whereas if you have only one in the hole and two on the board, that is usually called 'trips' -Moz "You can't conquer the world with a shoddy olive." | ||

| I like the distinction because (in HE) if I have a set in the same hand that you have trips, I will win every time because the set will be a FH, where the trips will be just trips. -Moz "That man is a Brownie-hound." | ||
