Problem - Raise
=============
PROBLEM - 1
What is Multiple Raise and during what conditions/circumastances players go for it? Kindly elaborate!!

PROBLEM - 2
Can Multiple Raises could happen during a particular bet round or during first / second / third / fourth bet rounds also?

PROBLEM - 3
If it is assumed for a game that Raise would be capped at 3 raises, which of the following cases would be right?
I have placed questions there inside those cases also? Please check the same and kindly modify the example if necesary.

Case 1:

There are five players 1,2,3,4,5.
Plr1 - SB
Plr2 - BB
FIRST BET ROUND

Plr 3 - CALLS
Plr 4 - RAISE
Plr 5 - RAISE
Plr 1- RAISE
Raise Bet Capped?
Plr 2 - CALLS

Case 2:

There are five players 1,2,3,4,5.
Plr1 - SB
Plr2 - BB
FIRST BET ROUND
Plr 3 - BETS
Plr 4 - RAISE
Plr 5 - RAISE
Plr 1- RAISE
Plr 2 - RAISE

Plr 3 - RAISE
what if Plr 3 used call or fold instead of raise here? Will further raise be stopped here and players move on to next bet round?
Plr 4 - RAISE
Plr 5 - RAISE
Plr 1- RAISE
Plr 2 - RAISE

Plr 3 - RAISE
Plr 4 - RAISE
Plr 5 - RAISE
Plr 1- RAISE
Plr 2 - RAISE

Raise Bet Capped?
No further call/Raise?

SECOND BET ROUND
Plr 3 - BETS
Plr 4 - RAISE
Plr 5 - RAISE
Plr 1- RAISE
Plr 2 - CALL
?If a player in turn uses call option then further RAISE in the same round is not asked
THIRD BET ROUND
--

In above case 2 (FIRST BET ROUND) I assumed that perhaps in a particular bet round three raises are allowed to every player. Please correct me if wrong.

Hey Helly i am all for answering anyones question no matter how easy or complex but i believe you would benefit from sitting down at an online poker site or at a casino table and playing a bit of poker.

I would suggest you download Paradise poker and set up an account and play on the play money tables as then you will get a better understanding of the game. Or failing that get a book like poker for dummies as a lot of your questions are on the mechanics of the game rather than strategy or theory and i believe you would be best off learning the mechanics.

Cheers
