I would like to know of a simple way to calculate pot odds after the flop. If anyone has a simple way for us less mathematically inclined players.
Thanks for any advice.

I use two main methods: (1) at the end of each betting round, count the number of players and multiply by the number of bets each has put in. This works very well early in the hand, when nobody who has put money into the pot has folded yet. (2) Look at the pot and quickly count how many chips are in it. This works well later in the hand, after players have started to fold, if I loose track using method 1. The smaller the pot the easier it is. Also, 1 chip 2 chip games are easier than 2 chip 4 chip games. If there have been several players betting and raising, lots of calling and there are too many chips in the pot to count, I think of it as a "big pot" situation.

Yeah, good advice. If the pot is so big I lose track, I just think of it as "big" and do whatever I can to win it.

I don't know how others do it, but I estimate odds by track of how many small bets went into the pot vs. how many I will have to put in to see the next card. For example, if there are five players to see the flop unraised, then I'm getting 5:1. If three see the turn, but the flop was raised, that's another 6 bets, so now I'm getting 11:1. If 1 guy bets the turn and the other folds and I'm last to act, now I'm getting 13:2, or 6.5:1... (I'll tend to think of it as 6:1 on the fly, as I really just estimate).

One more thing, it has already been mentioned that you can just multiply the number of bets for the round by the number of players. Just remember that you have to divide by two when the bets double.
