Basta!!!!! I know most of you here play on Party Poker and, for the most part, enjoy considerable success in their games. However, I have pretty much had it with these server crashes and poor customer service. Tonight, everything froze right when I was about to win a hand. All bets were returned. But it doesn't stop there. I requested hand histories for a few hands 3 days ago but have yet to receive them. I cashed out a fair amount 2 days ago, never got a confirmation e-mail nor has my Neteller account been credited. I e-mailed support twice, still haven't received a response. I attempted to hook up with a live host, kept the box open for over an hour while I played, no one ever arrived to assist me. It's truly amazing how a site that generates so much revenue can have such a poor server and even poorer customer service. I ended up cashing out the entire balance of my account tonight, minus the change because Neteller doesn't accept such, of course no confirmation e-mail. Is anyone experiencing similar problems? I know most of you love the site due to the amount of fish, and while I cannot argue with that, I can say that I am just not impressed at all with their graphics nor the site in general due to the problems described above. Sorry for the rant. I'm hoping someone from Party Poker notices this because only God knows if they are ever going to respond to my e-mails. Buona fortuna a tutti.

Hey Gio,

While I haven't experienced any crashes from this site in quite a bit.....I have withdrawn some money from my account ( a fairly large amount), and have yet to get any conformation on that transaction. This withdrawl was at least six days ago and usually by now I would have received "something", but I do believe that SOON (I hope) they will be depositing my money into my net-teller and then into my bank!

(When I hear from them I'll let you know, and vice-versa)!

Ciao!

I know it took around 5 days for my first withdrawl to show show up, but for that whole time the cashier screen showed it as a successful withdrawl. Needless to say I was worried about where my money was. I did go onto the live chat with customer service and when I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it should be in my account the next day, and sure enough it was. Since then (that was about 2 weeks ago) I've made another 1-2 withdrawls to my neteller account and they went through almost immediately.

A couple things to remember (which I didn't know the first time):

-they have to review all withdrawls and I think the first one takes longer for some reason
-If you deposited with a credit card, even if you request to withdrawl to a neteller account they will credit the withdrawl back to the credit card first (up to the amount you deposited). So I deposited $50 with a credit card, so my first $50 withdrawl went back to the credit card, everything else went to my neteller account as I requested.

Thanks Mc. I was just wondering a little bit because in the past, the transaction has always been fully completed in a much shorter time span.

I see that it does say "successful transaction", so I'll just have to wait.

I have been having a LOT of problems with them with regards to email and have spent considerable time on the phone with them.

One thing abut PP, they will take the time you need on the phone, and will even call youfirst if you send an email saying that you are receiving ONLY the auto-response and nothing else.

Don't hesitate to call them if you think that will get you answers.

I have not seen a crash in about a month but I did not play last night.
Also, I filled out the form to become a verified user and that helped. The first withdrawal took 5 days, but the next few went through in 1 or 2 days, depending when I cashed out.

I also find that email usually gets answered faster than having a live teller connect. If the site is crashing, live support also does not work well, but their email server must be on a different network.

I do like other software and sites better, but the fishing is much better on Party. This seems especially true in their multi table tournaments where I have been making the money 3/4 attempts.

I've done 3 withdrawals in the past 2 weeks, and they've all gone smooth as buttah.

They went to Neteller.

I got my confirmation email too. Are you clicking the confirmation box before 'submit'. Of course you are, you have to!!

Just jot down the confirmation number and give them a call.

Thanks everyone for responding.

4 POKER, you mentioned that you cashed out a fair amount 6 days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail as well as the funds? Something is not right.

Also, I have already exceeded the original amount I deposited with respect to cash-outs, so that is not the problem.

In general I'm just fed up with Party Poker's slow server and poor customer service. I never have such problems on Paradise or PokerStars, the other two sites where I normally play.

I sent a rather lengthy e-mail to support addressing some of my concerns, yet judging from the fact that I still haven't received any hand histories nor confirmation e-mails, I doubt I will ever get a reply. It's such a shame that they operate in this fashion because the games are really soft, but it has gotten to the point where I'm afraid to play a tournament or sit in a ring game for fear that the server will crash. For now I just don't care to play there anymore, but should things improve, hopefully in the near future, let me know. Thanks.

G -

I hope you have things straightened out by now. I made a withdrawal at lunch (just as a test) and everything seemed to go as smooth as it normally does. Just make sure they have your correct daytime phone number......and maybe write them a message in the message box with your concerns.

I am experiencing what sounds like the exact same problem as yours with emails. Here is what transpired recently.

Understand that I have complete access to all my mail servers and routers and can track things a bit more deeply than most people are able to.

I have not received any of the usual emails from them, i.e. hand histories, SnG winners, etc for a long time. I sent an email to info@partypoker.com advising them about this and received the auto-response from that email. Nothing further arrived but I received a phone call from them 2 days later. I spent almost two hours with them testing email routes and discovered that the emails from the auto-responder come off a completely different mail server than the other emails do. Also, any emails they send manually will come thru the same route as the auto-responder. Changing my email address to a different one worked just fine, but this is not a solution as it would then force me to change at neteller and other locations that i use neteller at so that transfers could still go thru. (Your email at neteller MUST match the email address you gave to the merchant).

I DO receive cash-out emails, but not from partypoker themselves, only the ones from pay-pro and neteller. Pay-pro is the agent that handles money transfers from partypoker to neteller. These have been working flawlessly for me an I usually see the transfer go thru in about 12 - 16 hours.

As a quick test, go to the login box for partypoker, put you username in, BUT NOT YOUR PASSWORD, and click on the "forgot password" link. This will immediately send you an email with your password. If you do not get this email withn 10 min, but you DO receive an auto-response from sending an email to them, then you have the same problem as I and several others and a phone call to them is in order if only to let them know the problem is not with just 1 or 2 people. Be sure to ask for tech support, not just customer service.

BTW, Partpoker's support staff is located in India, and from my discussions with them I think the servers are too.
