| They're running a $100/$200 Limit Hold Em game at Poker Stars, the game is being supervised by none other than "Winning Low Limit Hold Em" author Lee Jones. Anybody else checked out this game? It's usually a heads up slugfest between a late position raiser and a 3 bettor out of the blinds. I don't know if watching this game is necessarily a good way to learn the nuances of high limit Hold Em but it is entertaining. One player in particular "t soprano" has a very aggressive style that seems to be effective. Anybody else been checking out this game? Any thoughts? | ||

| 'Usually a heads-up slugfest between a late position raiser and reraiser from the blinds. Sounds like these guys know what they're doing. No overly tight nits waiting for the nuts to play. Those nits may do okay at a lower-level 9-handed game, but they would be the biggest fish at a higher-stakes short-handed game. This 100/200 sounds like a tough game that I'll stay away from. And I suspect I know who 'T Soprano' is. I believe I overheard him talking about his user name at a casino recently. | ||
