I have a J of clubs, the board has K 10 6 4 of clubs, my opponent has 3 of clubs do we split with King high flushes or does my flush J beat his 3?

We played last night and just split when this happened.

You have K, J, T, 6, 4, which is a bigger flush than his K, T, 6, 4, 3.

The higher flush wins, using all 5 cards that each player can make. Thus if the board is AcKc8c7c6c and you have the 3c and he has the 2c you both play the board so you split the pot. If you have a situation liike yours, you can make a higher flush than he can by playing your T and therefore you should scoop the whole pot.
