| Need to vent a little here - Signed up for party poker the other day. I have several email addresses and switch them arround to help prevent spam. So now I want to make a real money deposit - So I change my email address and verify it. My deposit will not process, so I call them and they tell me that I can't change my email address unless I am a real money player - but of course I can not become a real money player unless they change my email address. I spent several hours with there customer support and was not able to resolve this issue - in contrast I had the same issue when I signed up at UB - had the problem resolved in 5 minutes there. | ||

| Ok - needed to put a follow up here - I contacted them one last time via email and finally the problem was quickely addressed and resolved. My recomdation to people on party is use the online help you will get much better service then if you try to call them. | ||
