SIDE POT PROB WITH MULTIPLE ALL-IN IN SAME BET ROUND

How to manage the following case of multiple All-In during same betting Round?

Total 5 Plrs are on bet.

FIRST BET ROUND:
side pot ( more than one All-IN )

Plr1 100$ (Bets)
Plr2 50$ (All In)*
Plr3 100$(Calls and Raises)
Plr4 98$ (All In)*
Plr5 100$ (Calls and Raises)
SECOND BET ROUND

Someone had already solved it.... walk through this step by step and see if you can do it!

First, main pot = $250. Participants 1-5.
Second , first side pot = $192, participants 2-5
third, the second side pot after Plr5 reraises = $306 player 5 for $202, waiting for Player 1 with $2 to call the double raise and Player 3 with $102 to call the single raise.

Total money put in so far $748.

Assuming 3 raise max, Player 1 can call $200 or raise to $300 and player 3 can call $200, raise to $300 or call to $300. Player 5 will do nothing or call for another $100.
All calls= $ 506 second side pot. all call a cap, $806 side pot for 1,3,5.
