| I have been playing poker online for about 4 weeks. I now wish to cash out, but am experiencing problems. My bank details seem to go missing. My message is misunderstood and my money credited to my poker account. Has anyone else similar problems? Does anyone have any ideas or is it a matter of patience and persistence? | ||

| If things are going wrong like that, I would suggest that you contact the site, tell them you want to cash out. Instruct them to send you a cheque payable to your name and give them the address. I wouldn't want things to be wishy-washy and risk losing money. | ||

| Some online cardrooms (UB) don't have support over the phone at all. I don't know if this is because it would define "doing business in the US" or if it is just a cheap way to avoid long distance bills from all over the world. | ||
