| It is impossible to start a game without players. Get a bunch of your buddies over to play even if only 5 or 6 of you. Then expand and grow. If you don't know anybody interested in playing poker you may as well not bother trying. Instead try to find a homegame already in your area to join. | ||

| We've got a game in West Phoenix but I'm not the host. I've been slowly converting them to Hold'em but for now it's a dealer call. Usually hold em or 7card without any screwy games. We usually do a $50 buy in NL table stakes with rebuys. Me and a friend have been trying to get them to agree to a SNG or two for the night. I can't really invite you (not my game) but if you want to email me your info (anyone else in phoenix also) we might need some extra bodies some night and I can recomend you. Or maybe we can start up some more games. I have one friend who is pretty dedicated and a few others who like to play alot. I wouldn't mind doing more home games to avoid the rakes at the casino and to get a break from online gaming. email me at texroadkill@yahoo.com | ||

| That would be cool... I like playing hold 'em and strictly that... i have played other forms but don't really committ much money to them simply because I don't want to try to master more than one game at a time. | ||

| Only home game I ever hear of is a bunch of old ex-marines that play twice a week, nickles and dimes. A really good night means going home with and extra $4.75... I never got invited anyway. I don't know how I feel about home games, tho... the action is just too good at CAZ... -Moz "I smoke 'cause I'm hoping for an early death, and I need to cling to something." | ||
