| Wondering if anyone has found a particular time of day, evening or weekend to be the best time to play internet 2-4 hold'em. Is there a specific time that a player has experienced the most consistent wins and smallest swings in their bankroll? What is the best internet poker site for hold'em games? | ||

| evening...most folk are on then....so you could switch out of a tough table...have had some luck in the early morning with hugely stuck players and europeans | ||

| The weekends..... I've been playing fulltime for the past 5 weeks online (50 hours) 4 of the 5 weekends I've played I've made $500 or more. (lost 300 the other weekend) I'm up a little over 3 grand since June 25th, and I'd attribute at least 66% of the winnings to the weekend, which has only been 1/3 of the time I've played. This could just be coincedence, since its not long term enough to get any truly accurate read, but I do think the more casual player will play on saturdays and sundays. | ||

| I like to play when Americans are awake because I find that there are more terrible American online players than European online players. I would imagine this to be a function of the WPT airing in America and bringing fish in. | ||

| thanks so much for your vote of confidence in the american player, I do hope you enjoy playing with us americans and that you bring a lot of your well accepted bait to the table for many of us americans can play this game and we love fish like yourself that come to visit the shark tank. Welcome aboard and looking forward to tasting some of that nice bait than you slow whales bring to the sharks in the us. | ||

| *dusts off coat* Wow. I'm not saying that Americans are all fools or something. Geeze. I'm just saying that internet poker has just become huge with the American tv watching public at large and as a result there are a lot of new player who don't know their asses from their elbows coming out of America. Thus I want to play in the after dinner in America timeframe because that is when Billy Bob will say, "I done seen poker on the ESPN and I'm gunna make me a millions of the dollars." There are more new players coming out of America because of WPT. | ||

| I agree , whilst there are some poor Yanks , I think the average player is tougher from the US than Europe and Im English so this is not bias | ||

| Well, Americans are generally better ring game players and Brits are generally better NL players. That is beside the point. I want to victimize rank beginners and there are more rank beginners playing in America right now due to advertising. | ||

| the advertising is red hot here in Europe at the moment especially the UK Seem to be a hell of a lot of new players onPokerstars and William Hill from The UK and growing % wise. Just an observation , no fact or figures involved here. | ||

| Fair enough then. I know nothing about TV in europe. For that matter I don't watch TV here either. All I know is that when the Aruba episode of WPT ran, UB had to close down to upgrade their servers. | ||
