| I'm not sure where Columbia,MO is.But if you are close to St.Louis or Kansas City both Ameristar casinos in those towns have a poker room. The Ameristar in Kansas City is also a lot nicer than the one outside of St.Louis.And seems to have more action.I hope you enjoy your visit here in the states. Take Care | ||

| You're going to have to rent a car or have someone drive you to a card room. Ameristar, Kansas City is located near the junction of Interstate 435 and highway 210. Poker goes 24 hours on the weekends. Plenty of 3-6 Hold'em or 1-5 Stud. Afternoons and evenings will offer 15-30 Hold'em and 5-10 or 10-20 Omaha-8. Occasionally other games or limits are spread. | ||

| Thank you all for your replies. I past the Ameristar on my way up here yesterday and it is pretty big. I noticed that it is not the only thing that is big. Where do you stuff all that food. Anyway I will visit and play at one of these casinos. I will let you know how it went. I just love it here tommyhawk. | ||

| Well I can help I just moved from st. louis. I have played at both rooms in st louis the ameristar and the presdidents at the landing. Ameristar is nicer and better. i havent seen KC but Ameristar just recently renovated its room and casino. Its ok but room is cold president was friendly but in a worse area of town. i suggest the ameristar to start. many people migrated there after renovation. Its busy on weekends so get there early or be prepared to wait. Enjoy and let me knoe how it goes Spence | ||
