I ya'lls opinion, what is the quicker way in the online games to build a bankroll...playing the ring games or playing the one table sit'n'gos or the multi table tourneys.

It really depends on your strengths. I happen to be a better limit ring-game player than I am a NL and tourney player. So I use the ring games to build my bankroll, and the SNGs and tourneys to tear it back down! :)

Seriously, I am currently trying to develop my tournament play, particularly NL, so I play SNGs and cheap multi-tables for practice, but play the ring games to pay for the practice.

Some of the other players here are much better at NL play and tourney play and will undoubtedly make more money playing those than ring games.

I agree with Moz, it really depends on your own strengths as a player when it comes to being able to profit from a particular form of poker, such as ring games, S-N-G's, or tourneys.

Once you gain more experience, you'll be able to see where your own strengths may be and in what forms of poker are of your best interest to persue.

I managed to build a nice bank roll playing mainly sit and go tournys ( limit and NL ) i think you get a lot more ' play ' for your money as essentialy the rake is only your initial 10% entry fee. I feel s and g's offer a relatively cheap way to learn the game albeit in the artificial surrounding of ever increasing blinds and tourny strategy. At least thats what i reckon !
