| looks great but why did they cancel all the tournaments tonight? As a result, I played at Party and had my worst session of the year. Not a fan of Party. Btw, can anyone tell me how to use the Buddy function at UB? I can't get it to work. | ||

| You have to download "UltimateBuddy" from www.ultimatebuddy.com Once you have it installed you can use the add to buddy list from the UB table or you can manually add them through the Ult Buddy software. Good luck | ||

| Ok... one thing I HATE. Every time I try and chat and the action is on me the cursor goes to the Bet Amount box and messes me up. It was SOOOO annoying last night. And did they take away the Show Cards and Don't Show Cards buttons? I liked to do that occassionaly (but not often). I'm not sure what good the Pot Bet is good for unless you are playing PL. | Hey TK, I sent you instructions to get you show cards option back in the "No Limit (monster) Hand" Thread. As far as the chat vs. bet things goes, yeah, that irritated me a lot too. I think they did it because so many people were typeing their bets into the chat window before. I used to see that all the time. | I don't like it. I liked hitting the "raise" button and then entering in the amount that I wanted to raise. I don't like having it right there by default. As for the raise pot button - it is a very dangerous button and I know that given time I will end up clicking it by accident at some point. I *do* like the fact that you can select the option to never show your cards on a hand that you take down as it is less time wasted when somebody doesn't pick one right away and I never want to show my hands anyway. | ||

| I actually made that mistake once last night. I wanted to raise 3X the BB, so I intended to enter '90' and then click 'bet it' but I hit the bet pot button instead. | Hmm. I don't like the pot-sized bet button. Why? 'cause it will make fishy players play better! See, a pot-sized bet or raise is often a good one. And having a button to make that bet for you will mean that the bet is made more often, especially by fishy players, who tend to be lazy, and previously liked to click the "raise minimum" button. Feh. Oh well. | ||

| Indeed. I love it when a bad player makes a minimum bet into a giant pot and gives me odds to draw to my gutshot, then moans when I hit the thing. | ||

| I just opened an account last week and inquired anout a bonus for first deposits, 2 emails to UB and no response. Anyone have customer service issues with them? Kinda turned off that they can't respond to a simple inquiry. | ||

| I've always had great service. I will often transfer money in my account to friends and they are so quick to respond. And I've had problems logging it only to have them fix the problem in 15-20 minutes. I'm very surprised. I'll have to give Héctor a talking too! (He seems to answer about EVERY email I send to them.) | I gotta say... having those guys set up accounts has been the best way for me to withdraw funds. Rather than waiting 2 weeks for a check from Canada off a Belize account from Miami bank, I get it in just a couple days! It's a shame my friends want to play on-line Hold Em the way they play home games. Talk about fishes! I'd give you their user ids but that just wouldn't be kosher. Would it? | Wow, one of the reasons I play there so much is that I've always had such wonderful customer service from them. I'm really surprised. I wonder if there were some problems with the new release and they are backlogged.
