| 2 days ago I was involved in a 20 dollar NL holdem tournament where the server just completely crashed. The tournament continued to go on, but basically one hand was played every blind level, everyone got disconnected every hand, etc. I emailed partypoker asking for the 22 dollars back, and it took about 2 days for a reply, and with the reply granted I received my 22 dollars back, and they also mentioned that they have fixed the server problems (which over the past 2 days of play, It is much better) Hopefully this will lead to a good server for an extended period of time. | ||
