| Guys/Gals, I have to say thank you for the wonderful info you all share on this forum.About 7 months ago I decided I needed a break from poker after suffering several beats, having my roll busted, and my spirit was all but broken. So I did not think about poker for about 6 months. No nickle ante friendly games or nothing. So about a month ago I started re-reading my favorite poker books, ordered a few new ones, and began reading this forum again. And I must say that so far my game seems to be better than ever.I now better understand concepts I didnt totally grasp before and have a little more discipline. So once again..Thanks UPF for the highly profitable information! PS.. I play at Planet Poker as DietRight. And Craveman at UB. (I'm still playing play money tables at UB,I'm not totally comfortable with the software just yet) Take Care | ||

| Glad to hear you are recovering. Since you are in "practice mode", you might want to try the Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 structure at www.bugsysclub.com, their "WPO WarmUp" promotion (www.bugsysclub.com/club/poker/wpo-2003.htm). Round 1 is a freeroll (twice daily) which if you make the final table, you advance to the weekend Round 2 multitable. Make the top five there and you qualify for the August 30th final. Very fun (Rd. 1), very tough (Rd. 2), and Round 3 looks to be a grade-A pressure cooker. Best of luck! flintsword | ||

| Good to hear it. I find that sometimes you can learn more in a time-out from poker than you can when you are playing every day. | ||
