Thanks guys.

I'm sure Party Poker is having those problems because of the booming business now and the tremendous amount of overflow as well.

Yes, they will definitely need to up-grade their system so these things can be eliminated or at least kept to a minimum.

This is my favorite site, too. Actually, it's the only one I play at now so they better get a move on or else!

Thanks for the feedback......much appreciated.

Yeah, it is too bad they are squandering all the good advertising via the WTP by having insufficient resources to support the flood of people coming in. Newcomers are going to have BIGtime lag as their first experience of online poker. What a turn-off.

The lag is so bad that most of the players get timed out when posting their blinds.

It is a classic story:
"I had the best product in the world. Everyone wanted to by one. However, I couldn't meet the demand, so my customers went elsewhere and I went out of business."

It is like throwing away your license to print money.

Paul,
That's exactly what happened to me. And you won't believe this but I just went to their site about 5 minutes ago just to play a quick round of Omaha or two and when I sat downI noticed that it said poor connection with internet delays. No biggie, I was just going to leave the table. A player had timed out, they dealt the entire flop out in one swoop, (you know,no more betting, just the whole flop at one time) and I noticed that they flopped out 6 cards instead of 5. Now I know I may be tired, but I'm not that tired.
There were 6 cards on that table!

I hope they do something fast or I'm going back to playing live poker for now.
