| Slick: I still feel bad about the post the other day. I was way off base and I know you are a very experienced player. I read back my response and, not only misinterpreted your intentions during the hand, but forgot that the pot was not raised preflop and sounded like an idiot. So please forgive me. You have given me great advice on some of my postings and I am far from an expert. I love this game and have become a student of it and have lots of respect for others here. Hope you weren't too offended, but you had every right to be arrogant in your response to me. What my response should have been was "I feel your pain". That was a bad beat, nothing less. I will amend my comment to say "I personally would have bet that out, but you made the right percentage play and will make more money than me in the longrun making that exact same play". | ||

| Hey mroban, Truth be known, I was an ass. I've had a bad few weeks and decided to vent a little on you which was wrong. Please except my apologies. Whether you read my post wrong or not, you were simply trying to help. That is after all the point of the forum. No matter how long anyone has played this game, there is always room for improvement or time to consider a different view. Again, I apologize. | ||

| I appreciate it Slick. Believe me I know the feeling. But hey, if I am going to offer my two cents I should at least get my facts straight. It occurred to me this morning that your response was out of frustration but I felt it justified. Consider it a UPF Board Tilt. Last thing anyone needs when the cards aren't running are crappy analysis of bad beats. No offense taken really. Thanks for the reply though, I really appreciate it. | ||

| I wonder if you would ever see a set of posts like this on RPG? Two players who both want to continually improve who show no ego in both admitting that they made a mistake. This is what makes this forum head and f'ing shoulders above the other place. | ||
