The question is this players, which book to buy?
Brunson's Super System or Caro's Book of Tells.

I would invest in both, but if I had to pick, I would pick Super System.

It depends on your skill level and what your looking for.

Super System is great for game theory, Book of Tells is not. If you only play online, Book of Tells is useless.

But, if you play B&M regularly and have a solid understanding of game theory, Caro's Book of Tells (and videos) can really help your game.

Also if you want to get some of the numbers and probabilities memorized Mr. Caro did an excellent job with the math in the back of super system, so if you still need to get that kinda stuff down go with super system.

Hi

SuperSystem has much more diverse knowledge on poker. The book of tells is a good book, but should be read after Supersystem.

Book of tells shouldn't be read until you are already a good poker player. It should be the 6th or 7th book in your poker library, not your first. Super System should maybe be number 3 or 4.

First I would buy either Poker for Dummies or Lee Jones. Then I would buy Sklansly's basic hold'em book.
