| I've been doing well at Party with their one table tourneys but I'm not crazy about their structure. Everyone starts with $800. Every 10 hands, the antes go up. The antes are 15/30, 30/60, 50/100, 100/200, etc. Even though I'm making money, the bottom line is, if you don't get good cards and get a little lucky, you run out of chips fast. If you try to play the waiting game, you are apt to get left behind as well. How do other sites compare? I've heard Poker Stars is pretty good for sit-n-go's. | ||

| Only played on Ultimate Bet. But I like their format. Start with T1000 and blinds at 5/10. Never paid attention as to how often they go up. Allows you to sit back and be patient. Also gives me enough chips to try and see alot of flops early without costing me too much of my stack. TKarrde "You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! | I believe they go up every 15 minutes? Not sure off the top of my head. Could be every 10. I think it differs for the limit and NL tourneys. | ||

| Slick- I think the first level is generally 10/15, but you are right that it goes quickly and you need to get cards (and have them hold up with others in the pot) to make the $$. I am not sure what the best strategy is, but I try to play my normal game until a few folks get knocked out and then get more aggressive. Paradise has the same structure but I am not sure about the other sites. Steve | ||

| They start the limit tourneys at 10/15 and the NL tourneys at 5/10 ... so you're both right. | ||

| Pokerstars usually starts with T1500 and start with 10/20 blinds (20/40) limits. I think the limits go up every 10 minutes, but I'm not positive. The common tables are 1 table 9 person tourneys and 2 table 18 person tourneys (for hold'em and omaha). | ||

| Nice to see a bit of humor here. Roy, try prunes! LOL It's funny but when the baby is having "issues" throw a jar of prunes down her and.... stand back! TKarrde "You fool! | the quality of play at partypoker doesn't seem too high, granted my experience there isn't extensive seeing as how I started today and have done 5 sitngo's (1,2,3,4,8) but the quality just seems bad compared to the sit n go's at paradise. | ||
