| I suggest the Championship books by Tom McEvoy and T.J. Cloutier. I found a website that offers them at a bit of a discount to their usual $39.95 at $31.96. The books are titled Championship Hold Em and Championship No-Limit and Pot Limit Hold Em. New York Times best seller "Positively Fifth Street" was written by Jim McManus, a poker novice who made it to the final table at the $10,000 buy-in World Series of Poker Championship after reading T.J. & McEvoy's No-Limit book and practicing on Turbo Tournament Texas Hold Em software.
