| This one was new to me, and I thought it pretty funny: I'm at the B&M playing 4-8 at about 3 am. Everyone is a little punchy, and the table is having a great time. We have a run of about 5 hands in a row where 3 or 4 limp-in, and the flop misses everybody. On each hand, after lots of checking, this guy accross the table from me bets out on either the turn or river, and the entire table folds to him, leaving him five tiny pots in a row. Then the lady next to me says to him out of the blue, "Where else do you shop?" He looks at her, puzzled, and says, "Is that a trick question?" and she says, "I'm asking because you are buying so many pots here..." I just about pissed myself... :) -Moz "Great. | I was playing at my local B&M and really wasn't having a good session. There was guy at the table who had gone all-in with his last $5. An hour later, he was up over $500. He was on a classic rush and could not make a bad decision. He had so many chips in front of him, all you could see was a pair of arms sticking out from a stack of chips. Well, after his 6th pot in a row, I told the dealer that from now on, he only gets one card dealt to him. That sort of broke the tension that was mounting at the table and everyone had a good laugh. He was still winning when I left 20 minutes later. | ||
