The most disappointing hand... LOL, MozMan, 14. Jun 2003 12:17 | ||

| This isn't a bad-beat story, just something really funny that happened to me last night at the B&M, that was kind of indicative of how my session was running. The cards had been very salty, but I was being strong and waiting for decent hands to play. I'm in the SB (3-6) and get dealt AsKs. Finally! I think. A playable hand. Next thing I know the dealer is pushing three chips over to me and asking me for my cards. What the...??? Well it turns out everyone folded around to me, INCLUDING the BB... it seems the BB forgot he was BB and mucked before he realized he was already in. Well, I guess it's better than having big slick and getting no help from the board and losing, right! :) -Moz "Hey, your schwartz is as big as my schwartz." | ||

| If the Big Blind didn't muck, and folded on the flop, you would have lost a buck! (In California, they take the "drop" before the flop on 3-6.) How much is the Vig where you play in AZ? Scrubbie "I'm the one who put the Satin in your panties" | ||

| Well, the SB immediately drops to fund the bad beat jackpot... so that's always gone no matter what happens. As for the rake, there is a 'no flop/no drop' policy. Then they take $2 as soon as there is action on the flop, and $3 more once the pot gets over $30 for a $5 max. (used to be 2 and 2, but it went up recently). -Moz "Hey, your schwartz is as big as my schwartz." | ||
