ok...I just signed up at Planet so as to play in the big pho shizzle on Wednesday. Trying to deposit, but the Visa/MC link on the deposit page is not a link at all and I cannot stand the services out there that you have to transfer money into and out of. Anybody know how to do this directly with my Visa or Amex?

BTW, my userid there is stdioh as well, so it should be easy for you all to find me in the tournament and start gunning to take me out :)

Not sure if this is the problem, but I read recently, that some credit card companies, are not allowing payments to gambling sites, because of some possibility, that those charges technically, do not have to be paid. I was having same problem, and found the article somewhere, and never got my deposit in. Best bet is to write Planet, and ask them if they know of this.

I was just there over lunch trying to figure out how to get my Neteller account going so that I could make a deposit. Now Neteller won't let me login. :( I don't think I had to jump through this many hoops at UB.

That is a great spaceballs quote and it just got me thinking of a good gag..."The forces from RIM are getting near the base - jam their blackberries."

I think Moz got me on the Spaceball kick.

Let me know if you get signed in. After I take you out I wanna jump on the board and brag to Wren. ahahhahaha I signed up for a Citadel account to fund UB. I wonder if I can use that to somehow get funds to PP?

Hey - Does Wren have any friends like her that she could set me up with?

(Sorry, I just thought it was coming soon from somewhere else, so I jumped the gun.)

Well, she does have a sister...who is hot...and single...and writes code...but she isn't a poker player so I'm sure that none of you would be interested in her :P

Inside information says that if you want to meet Becky, you should show up at Club Abstract tomorrow night in Kitchener, Ontario. Wren and I will be there too. Wear black. Don't look any of the vampires directly in the eyes.

Wow. I'm intrigued. Sounds like my kinda lady. Wears black. Writes code. I think I'm in love.

Easy E-

I couldn't add another post under yours. What's wrong with goths? I was an early punk in the villiage in NYC. Now I'm a software developer.

Don't get me wrong, I like 'normal' ladies too...

Moz. I'm a postpunk codemonkey myself. As late as 1999 you could have seen me with lemon-lime striped hair and a piece of steel rammed through my septum (nose) ... I still sometimes put the bullring in to sit at the card table. Now it's the workaday world of software though where I have to wear bluejeans to work that aren't torn to shreds :)

stdioh-

I hear ya! With kids and bills, I have to pretend to be normal too. Now I shave my whole head instead of just the sides. :)

Gotta love the WORLD wide web.

Say hi to Becky for me.

I managed to deposit money on my Visa there a couple of days ago i thin you just click on the Visa sign on the payments option.

I had forgotten how cumbersome Planet was to use and the annoying check / raise of fold option that sometimes covers the pot so you cant see how much is in there. Saying that the games are fairly easy i just placed in a O8 tourny with about 60 runners and i am not exactly 4Poker when it comes to O8.

small, medium or large ?
