That really stinks. Isn't there an option where you can contact a "Live Floorperson"?
I play at PartyPoker as well and whenever I experience a problem I just contact the floorperson immediately.

I hope you will not be charged for this mis-hap due to the fact that it was a technical problem.

Good luck and let us know what happens, okay?

Well I logged in and the tourney is frozen with everybody having the same amount of chips as when it went down...pretty sure I will get a refund...about the technical support well they were all occupied by other customers wonder why? hehe

I've had some terrible problems since last night. Fortunately I was only in the play money games. But I've just sent in a check to start playing in real money games. This REALLY concerns me a lot that I'm having all these issues, and everyone seems to be having them and they haven't been resolved yet.

So I guess no one knows what's going on?

We need to remember that this is the internet and mishaps do happen. If they are having serving issues, it will generally take about 20 minutes to shut everything down and start back up.

The important issue is how they handle any potential money mishaps. I had been knocked off earlier in the week while in the middle of a hand and they refunded my money.

Good point and very true.
I have also had one or two problems with Partypoker but they handled the situation as best as they could.

Well the remaining players made a split of the prizepool...Id say that is as fair as it gets...The internet can be troublesome beyond control yet maybe Party should consider upgrading their servers due to the great number of new customers, I don't know first time I have experienced big problems at party.
