| i played in Omaha H/L and had a King high flush but another player also had a king high flush and the board ruled that the other players's King high flush beat my King high flush....can you tell me how this could have happened??? i can tell you that the King was on the river so we both had to use it....i was playing at a poker site and it was NOT at PlanetPoker.Com....if you want to know which site i was at, email me at buymystock3@yahoo.com and i'll let you know....i don't want to give them any free advertisements.....thanks for your help....Dwight Elliott | ||

| The other player had a hole card of the suit that was on the board which was higher than yours. Suppose the board was Js 9s 5d 4h Ks, and you were playing Ad Jh 8s 2s. Your opponent wins the pot with two spades, one of them higher than your 8. | ||

| I won a massive pot the other night playing some bastardised version of 7 card stud (we ended up re-antiing and re-dealing -pot rolls over- 3 times), against another player who also had an ace high flush. Our fluses were identical down to the 5th card. Mine was a 3 his was a 2. He had called the game in the first place, so I didn't feel too bad about it. Snorbolus | ||

| When the high card of a flush is the same, then the next highest card in the flush counts, etc, all the way down. Since you must have different cards in your hand making the flush, he beat you with a higher K-flush. | ||

| Dwight, It's the 2 highest clubs in each of your hands. Doesn't matter which clubs are on the board. | ||
