| I downloaded CPA a few months ago. After a week I registerd the program so that It would work after the 5day test-period. When you install CPA on your computer the program will generate a "System ID" and when you register your copy you will refer to that ID and you will get the registration key to unlock the program. My problem is that I just bought a new computer and have installd the CPA on It. When I did the new installation I got a new Id for the program and of course the old registartion-key didin't work on it. This is of course a very stupid way to handle the registraion becouse this problem will also accour if you for some reson would like to "clean" your computer and install your programs again on the same computer. I e-mailed CardPlayer about the problem at CPA@cardplayer.com and when they didn't reply I tried other e-mailadresses that I found on their site, but I got no reply. So I wonder if anybody have any solution to my problem, I would be greatful for some answers becouse I have alot of information backed up from previos play that I would like to use and the fact that I spent $34.95 to get a "License good indefintely!" is rely bugging me. The advertise would say "License good indefintely!(If you use the same computer and the same installation for the rest of your life)" | ||

| Easy, http://www.pokercharts.com. Get the info you want anywhere in the world online or download your stats to a spread sheet from the site. It's easy, free, and I think better then CPA, (sorry Card Player, I still love you). It also accepts feedback. One of my suggestions was accually implimented! Good luck! | ||
