VERY weak. I spent the first 10 minutes going "What the heck was THAT?".... and the previews for next week look bad also.

Maybe this show doesn' t have a future after all?

1) Autism Boy? Give me a break. I'm getting tired of convoluted scams that Lucky is smart enough to get back on, but stupid enough to fall for in the first place.

2) Why are his pals suddenly petty thieves?

3) The big-screen TV scene would have been a lot funnier if they hadn't given it away in promos.

Suddenly I'm not looking forward to next week's episode

You're very charitable--this show is a dog

Well, it looks like they are re-playing all of the past episodes tonight. As I have yet to watch this show, I'm gonna check it out and see what it's all about. My take is that this is really supposed to be a sit-com... so I will probably give it a little room for "literary licence" in favor of comedy... =)

OK, so I caught all of the episodes last night (in order). I actually kinda like the show, for it's entertainment value. I like Lucky's character... he's a good person at heart, just not as smart as he pretends to be.

I did notice a couple of inconsistencies in the show:

1- In the first episode, Lucky gives his wife's ring to her mother when he meets her on the street to pay back the funeral money, in the last episode he has the ring and throws it off the balcony into the pool.

2- In the first episode, Lucky tries to borrow money from "Trake," who keels over and dies in the casino before he can get the money... in the last episode, he does borrow money from Trake, who is apparently alive again.

I think there were other inconsistencies that I noticed... but I can't think of them now.

I think the real question is this: why is he messing around with that whiney, needy woman when he should really be going after the super-hot Amy, a woman after his own heart? Seriously.

By the way, last weeks "The Cheat" episode was good, I thought. The idea of integrity among players was a good topic.
