In Hold'em,what are the odds of getting at least a pair only after the flop?(forget about the turn and the river)

I'd say about 36%. For example, let's say you hold a 4 and 5, pre-flop. There are 6 cards out of the unseen 50 that will complete one pair (3 - 4's and 3- 5's.

You have 3 chances at getting one of the 6 cards, as there are 3 cards on the flop. Obviously, each time you see a card on the flop, there is one less unseen card.

6/50 + 6/49 + 6/48 = about 36%.

It depends too much on your starting cards to make a blanket statement about that...there would be a lot of math. You have to consider the chances of having a pocket pair. Add the chances of having suited cards and flopping a flush, having connectors and flopping a straight, having gappers and flopping a straight, etc. Then you have to look at starting hand standards and try to figure out the chance that you fold a hand before the flop and thus don't have the opportuinity to connect with it and flop your hand.
