UPF - Cash out problems

Recently my account at Paradise Poker has given me a message saying i cannot access the cash out option because of a possible error with my last transaction (which was refunded into my account.) Has anybody had a problem similar to this, and if so how long does it take until support figures everything out, i'd like to be able to cash out some of my account rather soon.

I suggest you contact them Again. That is why "Live Help" is so much more helpful.( they answer your questions While You Are Asking Them! (I used to wait hours before PP would answer my questions and when they did respond, I felt that they never really gave me an "Exact" answer)."Keep on them"! 4 POKER
