I have been playing online about 8 months and im wondering if you should stay in if the flop comes all 3 suited and you have one of the same but otherwise the flop doesnt help.

only if you have the Ace, possibly the K or Q if its short handed (but be aware if you have the K or Q, if some one has the ace they will be drawing too.

If you have the Ace you may want to bet the flop, but just call if there is any more action. or try for a free card on the turn if your in late position

You are drawing to a flush, but so is anybody with a heart (or whatever). If you have the ace and the board isn't paired then you are drawing to the nuts, but remember too that your implied odds go down as nobody without a decent flush will pay you off.
