| Yesterday while playing online at Ultimate bet I hit a Royal Flush and won a jackpot they give out to the top hand each hour. I won $337 when I got dealt the AQ spades in late position and flopped the king and jack of spades with another garbage card. The turn comes the amazing 10 spades. I clouldn't believe it. This guy goes all in for something like $4 I call and we're heads up but he's drawing dead. I have no idea what he had but I started thinking about royal flushes. I wonder if anyone has ever seen the board run a royal flush. The odds must be astonomical but with all of the hands played by all of the players here I figure maybe someone has seen one hit the board. I think I'm using the right terminology when I say "The Board". What I mean is the flop, turn and river cards make a royal flush. Anyway, just thought this might make for interesting discussion. | J- I have never seen it online (although I did see a Royal yesterday in fact at Party on an Omaha table) full across the board, but I am sure that I will someday. I have never had one either so consider yourself lucky indeed! Steve | ||

| The chance of hitting a royal flush if you have two royal flush cards in your hand are about 1 in 2000. The chance of the board hitting a royal flush, assuming that you don't know where any of the other cards in the deck are, is 1 in 649,740 | ||

| I witnessed a royal "board" flush at a 5-10 game at Foxwoods around March 2001, I was at the table however I mucked my hand prior to the flop. Two players played to the river, Foxwoods gave them both jackets as they do with royal's or 4 aces.... | ||

| Never seen the board make one. I flopped one at a casino and wouldn't you know it all I could get were the blinds. John Ray | ||
