| Where on the internet could I read about the best strategy playing in pot limit games? I have only played in3/6 and 10/20 limit games till now. I will greatly appreciate all suggestions. | ||

| It is hard to find pot limit hold'em strategy as the game isn't played too much except in tournaments - and of course tournament PL strategy is very different from that of a cash game. All I know about pot limit cash games is an agglomeration of what I know from limit and no limit and you'll never catch me playing PLHE with any largish amount of money. | ||

| Thanks for your response. I assume I might as well just try to play in no limit games? My concern naturally was to limit my losses according to my experience or rather inexperience. Otherwords, I am accustomed to the protection of my ban-kroll as limit games provide. Just can't see myself taking a chance on loosing it all on one hand on irresponsible instincts, even though I like the challenge of the concept. | ||

I have found it to be a very valuable resource from two very prominent cash game players. | ||

| Pot limit Hold'em is my favorite type of poker. There isn't much out there on the internet. Your best bet is probably to search the articles on pokerpages.com and cardplayer.com. Pot limit Omaha is very popular in Europe. So there is quite a bit about that game. Virtually all poker in Europe is played at the pot limit. The best book for pot limit cash games that I have found is: Pot-Limit & No-Limit Poker -- Stewart Reuben, Bob Ciaffone They sell it on amazon.com If you have a regular limit game but want to play with a pot limit instead, you could try hosting a low buy in, pot limit tourney to get aquaint your group with the structure. When I did that the guys who I play with took to the game like ducks to water. A good portion of the Hold'em that we play now is with a pot limit. Snorbolus on 5.
