I'd like to know if you are playing in 6 games at one time or did you play in 6 games total, 6 different sessions? 4 POKER > > tks >

Losing only $160 at those stakes is nothing to get upset about. Take into consideration the rake, too. But, If you feel that a loss of $160 is putting a dent in your bankroll than that's a different story. If it is, then play a little lower. If it isn't, then just chalk it up. That's a modest loss at those stakes, especially 6 sessions worth. But it sounds like you put in enough hours for one day, so I would call it quits and play again when I'm more alert and can focus better. If losing, (even a small amount) gets you down a little bit, then you really should quit for the day. It's important that you feel confident when you're playing. Maybe you took one too many bad beats, just play when you're at your best, that's all. Better luck to you. (Book a win tomorrow, even a small one; you'll feel better) 4 POKER > > tks >
