I have yet to play at any online card room other than Paradise which has moderately loose players, but i was wondering if anybody knows whether any of the card rooms have very loose tournaments, or for that matter looser than paradise.

Because there are so many people that have never even stepped foot into a cardroom the games on line are very loose regardless of the site you play at.
Most of these inexperienced players are playing hold-em because the concept of the game sounds easy enough for them to understand.(we all know that's not true), so that being said, most of the hold-em tournaments will play on the looser side.
I've entered a few tournaments at three different sites, all of them being about the same.
Poker Stars offers the most tournament action by far so if you're interested and you haven't tried this site yet, ckeck it out.

You might want to give Partypoker tournaments a try, I find they are pretty loose, since the site attracts a lot of recreational players that play for the poker cruise (PartyPokerMillion III is the next one in March 2004 I think).

Poker Stars miles ahead in terms of tourny's. Lots of them allthough you get some good players at the $50 + buy ins.

I find that ultimatebet has fairly loose tournaments, though I hear that pokerstars is better for that.
