| I had been playing at Paradise for my online poker needs for the past few months, but after the WPT show that featured the Ultimate Bet Aruba Challenge aired on last Wednesday, a friend of mine told me I ought to go back and check out the action at UB. So I did and have noticed quite a few nice changes, not only is the traffic way up, but they have made many improvements as well, including new table view options, and player notes like Paradise has. However, I am a little skeptical about their player notes as I am 99.9% certain that I had made a few notes on a certain player 2 days ago and last night that same player had no notes under my note pad for him. Maybe I am losing my mind, but I think they may have a glich in their notes program. What good would it do if when you log off you lose whatever notes you have made on a player? But anyway, the real reason for this post is to inform all of you of the fish swarming. 2 nights ago I claimed a 300 profit in 5 hours at a full 5-10 game, thats 6 BB's per hour. Last night I claimed a 205 dollar profit in about 2.5 hours. Now these results are not typical but I will tell you that there is money to be claimed at UB right now, and it may not last long. And when I say fish, let me give you an example of how bad some of the newbies are, this is a hand that I lost on last night, but you gotta love the action. 10 handed 5-10 game. I am UTG with 2 black Queens. I open raise Next 4 fold, LAF (lucky ass fish) calls 2 bets cold with 10-5 spades. Cutoff and Button fold, SB calls, BB folds. 3 to see flop. Flop comes J24 with 1 spade. SB bets out, I raise, LAF calls 2 bets cold, SB calls. Turn card is Red Ace SB checks, I bet, LAF calls, SB folds. River is 3. Thinking that the LAF might have had A-little and drew out on me that way I decide to check and call. Of couse the LAF ended up making a wheel, as the Ace on the turn gave him a inside str8 draw to the 3. The table laughed their ass off and the remarks were hilarious but I didn't say a word, good or bad, as I knew that the action was going to stay good as long as he stuck around. Anyway, just thought I would give my 2 cents worth. The tables are smoking right now, and I love the mixture at UB with about 2-3 guppies at everytable mixed in real nicely with pros, tighties, and average players. Makes for a nice run if you stick too your gameplan. GL 2 All and I will see you at the tables. Chad | ||

| Ugh, why do have to have a stupid MAC, I really need to get a PC so I can play where the fish are! | ||
