| full houses and quads really aren't that frequent in my opinion but playing online at some the most popular sites I keep seeing some ridiculuos scenarios. i.e. 5 players in flop QQ raises, 77 calls as does AA and J10. Flop comes AQA, turn K, river a 7. As you can imagine the pot was large and the house thus stands to make more money. I'm losing count of the times there is a set over set and of course the board pairs. I might be off base but just recently I had AA on the button 1 MP called with 22. I raised and BB calls with 27suited. Flop comes flop comes 727. Turns an A and rivers a 7. Plus all the times I've seen a 2 players flop a flush and 1 flopped a set only to see the board pair. This isn't a bad beat complaint or story but obviously the house stands to make more this way as opposed to just having the blinds stolen. Plus I do enjoy seeing the better starting hands hold up. I just think it's a little out of the ordinary for everyone to have a huge hand. Has anyone also noticed this? | ||

| While it may seem that it happens frequently, there are a couple of things to consider. You see close to twice as many hands an hour online, so that plays into it. Additionally, there are far more fish online that will call any bet/raise/re-raise with any pair that you would never see in a B&M (outside of some of the California games). Finally, because you can't see the dealer/feel the chips/see the other players faces/see the deck, you are more apt to be slightly suspicious that the game is rigged whether it is or not. I definitely think it isn't (at least at Paradise where I play), because once the site is set up and is attracting players, they are making too much coin already to risk pushing the envelope for an extra $1 of rake every 20 hands. Just my 2 cents. | ||

| This is because of all the bad play. Look at the first hand: 77 called the raise and held on to river? (I assume this is correct or otherwise how would we know he had 77) In second hand: 72s called a raise? and 22 in MP and then calling a raise? We remember the times these lousy cards win, but forget all the times these players fold after the flop. With six or seven players seeing the flop, there will be lots more monster hands than in a "normal" game where only three (or four) see the flop. | ||

| In 2 hours of play last night, I saw 1 hand with 3 full-houses (JJJ-10s) won (nice pot btw) and 4-6 other hands with full houses Seemed like a lot, but when they're made on the river bringing a 6 for a 6's full of 4's you'll see more when more people play to the end - fox on 26.
