Anyone know of any good places to play Low Limit Holdem in Laughlin? I am driving up there this weekend and I was just wondering where to find some good action.

Thanks

Hi, P-K --

I can't answer your question, but I'll bet others will.

The atmosphere in and around the Laughlin area is terrific -- especially with the river and Lake Mohave right there. It's a very friendly place for relaxing and gambling and l'd like to see more poker there -- major or semi-major tournaments, in addition to regular lower and middle limit games.

Straight Flushes,
Mike Caro

Played at the Flamingo on Monday night, during a trip there from Phoenix. The 1-5 stud game was a typical game; however, the 4-8 hold'em was disappointing. The players ripped cards, argued with each other about sitting out, comps, hours of play, and berated the dealers. I left the room with a poor impression, and advised the floorman why I was leaving. He tried to excuse the players actions and said they were warned, but it was obvious to me that this goes on all the time. Glad this room isn't my only choice where I live.

It has been about 3 years since I was there, but the Colorado Belle had a nice poker room with a number of low-limit games. Sports book also. I think the poker room is still going. Check out the Colorado Belle website and give them a call.
