| someone told me about what was being said about Annie Duke on here and i must respond . first let me tell you i played 1000`s of hours on UB so what i have to say is not coming from a observer or a casual player . i read where its said annie said " i`m so much better than you i`ll tell you 2 of my hole card and still beat you" wrong annie never said this when she is asked to tell 2 of her hole cards she will and only when shes asked will annie do this, and if someone at the table says they dont like her doing this she will either stop or say lets take a vote leaving it up to the table if she stops or continues. and about annie saying " why would you play that at my table you should know better" wrong again if annie sees someone playing bad cards she will ask "would you like my advice on how to play better " if a player says no she will drop it never ever has annie rubed it in on a player playing bad. now if you see annie kidding me , russ, or eskimo on how we play its all in fun, but never would you see annie doing this to another player. saying annie is arrogant and rude is so uncalled for, never ever have i seen this , is it rude to tell a player hey fold " i got the nuts" she does this all the time not trying to be arrogant just trying to be nice. i could go on and on about how much fun it is to play with annie , how she will give advice to anyone who wants it but i`ll stop here. oh annie is giving a freeroll this month for all who played on her table during the month of february, stop by and ask all who played with her how arrogant and rude she is , and see what they say. txfatman | ||

| As someone who plays every day on UB, I can say that tx has it exactly right in this case. Annie is always willing to help any new player, old player, or even pro players with anything they ask of her. The idea that her telling hole cards is unprofessional is bs, she is simply trying to be nice. Annie is regarded by many professional players and online players as not only a great poker player, but a friend. So as a person who chats with Annie quite often, I ask that any intellectual invalid that has recently taken some beats find a new topic or person to rant about. Anyone who feels that tx and I are wrong, feel free to come to the table im at and we can settle it with the chips :) Holdemking777 aka CalliWin | ||

| Annie clearly likes to have fun and joke around. She has a fun-loving personality and as far as I know, she's willing to get along with anyone who knows how. It's true I don't know her very well, but we have exchanged some communications that make this much very clear to me. tvp | ||
