I am a poker dealer at a medium sized indian casino in California and i am subject to deal with managment who as one person tries to run both a blackjack pit and a poker room wich in my opinion cant work. Not to mention that he knows nothing about poker. Our weekly tournament is a no-limit hold'em freeroll with three 20$ re-buys. Now the prize pool is a huge 1000$. How many of you think that the 60$ possiable buy in with 40-50 other players is worth it. The last one we made 1600$ on the thing but out of the fifty players only 10 were left in a live game 2 hours after it was over. Maybe because I am young I just dont see the logic in this. Can I hear your opinion because the ignorance is driving me insane.
