if at 10/20 a good player should make 1BB/hr
than how much should he do playing 1/2 online? 5BB/hr ?
good luck

I don't think it works that way. Surely, a good 10/20 player should make more than 1 BB per hour at 1/2, but the swings you will see (because a lot more people will chase and draw out on you) will be much wider and it may be quite some time (say 1000 hours) to see what your actual advantage is. It also depends on game selection and the fact that a lot of the plays that work in 10/20 won't in 1/2 because most players won't be paying enough attention to anything but their own cards.

Good luck to you too.

Nope. You might make 2 BBs/hr, but that's only because about 2x more hands are dealt per hour online than at a B&M table. Furthermore, $1-2 games online are NOT ridiculously fishy. I used to play $1-2 on UltimateBet and the $1-2 there is, on average, more solid than the $5-10 I now play at the Brantford Casino. Plus, if you are a good player, you're losing the benefit of picking up tells when you play online, so that will detract from your win rate as well.
