Until present I have had nothing but good things to say about Pokerroom but that has now changed. Early yesteday I was attempting to deposit money from my Firepay account back into my poker account as they now charge (a small fee lol $10.00) to transfer money to your bank. I don't know if I accidently hit the credit card deposit option or just typed in my firepay acct. number incorrectly but whatever I did it froze my account from deposits and withdrawals. I emailed support and did not receive an answer for nearly 24 hours and it was pretty snotty. I reemailed them and explained the problem again and I have yet to hear from them after another 12 hours. Just a heads up to make sure you don't mistype your info in when dealing with these guys.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time. I must say that I've been playing at pokerroom for about a month and a half now (1 deposit, 2 cash-outs) and I've never had a problem. I've only had to speak with their technical staff once, but when I did they were very friendly (and replied quickly). I don't mean to make light of your situation, but I hope that it is just an isolated incident and things get patched up quickly. Please let us know how it works out.

peace,
jason

Your problem has to deal w/ Fire Pay & not poker room. I do NOT play at poker room, but I did just make 2 withdrawls & the web site states that you are suject to a $10 fee (I tried emailing FP) to find out exactly what "subject" meant. I did not get a clear answer, but I was NOT charged the $10 either time.

I don't think it was a firepay problem as they only charge you when returning money to your bank account. Pokerroom did finally contact me and unfroze my account though either way.
