what would be a proper strategy against somebody who was going all in before the flop every time. He doesn't even look at his cards, so you have no chance at a tell. Taking into account the amount of money that both of you have before every hand, and the amount of the blinds, what is the proper strategy to maximize your edge? And if anybody knows of the best system against that...what is your probability of winning, in case you want to lay odds.

If I was in no danger of being blinded out I would be inclined to wait until I had a high pair (at least 10s) then just push all my chips in after his. If the blinds were eating into my stack at a more significant rate I would reduce my starting requirements accordingly. You know that you will get even money on your bet, so any starting hand that gives better odds than that is a reasonible bet. It just depends how much risk you are willing to accept.
