After seven years of trying, lawmakers are widely expected to crack down on illegal Internet gambling during the current session of Congress. Would online poker sites fall under this restriction? I think I remember reading somewhere that a court had ruled that games such poker, where decisions made by players and not pure luck determined the outcome are different than online casinos.
