| If this seems like an elementary question, I beg forgiveness. I have read references about keeping a poker journal. Does that mean only tracking the outcome of sessions or does it also include hands you have played? Thanks in advance. | ||

| Keith, I am new at playing poker to make money. I searched for a good poker journal template and was unable to find one. So, I created my own in excel. I keep track of all gambling activities by the outcome of the session. However, I also have a seperate sheet where I make notes to myself maybe about hands or something about my play I found I have to work on. I also have sheets concerning other players that I play against all the time. If you are interested in a copy I can send you one. Brent | ||

| i would like to get a copy of the journal if possible. My email is Armour.Mike@sbcglobal.net. For my own use, I use Statking from Conjelco to keep track of my stats, I use PokerStat 2 when I am on Paradise and have a notebook of names that I use to keep track of other players. I have planned on setting up a database to keep track of player notes but haven't done anything yet. Mike | ||
