| OK a long question for you! In the august 16 2002 card player you wrote an article on backdoor draws. I want to know 1. Why in the first example did you include outs for the flush and the straight and not the extra three outs for the aces (shouldnt you really be going for the bullets?) and not specifically for the runner runner move? 2.Why should you value the runner runner move so much!? I mean it seems like you contradict yourself by saying that "Backdoor draws are normally viewed with disdain by otherwise decent players." I look forward to your reply !
